Ata Jahangir Moshayedi,
Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, China

Bio: Dr. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi received the Ph.D. degree in electronic science from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India. He is currently an Associate Professor with Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, China. He is an IEEE senior member and an ACM member, and is also a life member (LM) of the Indian Instrumentation Society and the Indian Speed Society. Dr. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi actively participates in various IEEE conferences, serving as the chairperson of keynote speeches, reviewers, and as a member of the editorial teams of conferences and international journals. Dr. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi has published over 100 articles and has received more than 1,100 citations in renowned domestic and international journals. He also supervised 10 master's students from 2016 to 2018. He has authored three books, holds two patents and 12 copyrights, demonstrating his pioneering contributions. His latest work, "Embedded System Design and Unity in Robotics: A Step-by-Step Guide", published by CRC Press, is hailed as the first book to integrate VR, robotics, and embedded systems together. Dr. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi was awarded the title of "Outstanding Instructor" by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology in 2023. Additionally, he won the gold medal at the 7th Inventors, Mimics and Innovators Festival held at Azad University in Najafabad, Iran in March 2019, and ranked third in the drone outdoor competition of the Iran Open in 2018.

Bio: Changqing Cao is an associate professor at the School of Optoelectronic Engineering, Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He graduated from Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in optoelectronics technology and then taught at the School of Technical Physics of Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology. In 2010, he graduated from Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology with a Master’s degree and a doctorate in optical engineering. He is engaged in teaching and scientific research in optoelectronics technology, electronic science, and technology. His main research directions are optoelectronics technology, photoelectric detection technology, and optoelectronic information processing and systems. He lectures on courses such as “Optoelectronics Technology”, “Photoelectric Detection Technology”, and “Optical Sensing and Detection”, and co-published the undergraduate textbooks “Optoelectronics Technology and Applications” and “Laser Principles and Technology”. He participated in the application and construction of provincial quality courses and resource-sharing courses “Optoelectronics Technology” and “Laser Principles and Technology”. He has chaired and participated in projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and applied for and authored more than 30 national invention patents.

Mahesh Jangid,
Manipal University Jaipur, India

Bio: Dr. Mahesh Jangid is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ), with over 11 years of teaching and research experience in prestigious academic institutions. He has an impeccable academic record and a keen interest in advancing research in deep learning, computer vision, and document analysis & recognition. Dr. Jangid is GATE, SET, and NET qualified. He earned his B.Tech in Engineering from Rajasthan University (2007), followed by an M.Tech from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar (2011). He later completed his Ph.D. from Manipal University Jaipur, focusing on deep learning applications in computer vision and document recognition. His research interests span machine learning, soft computing, pattern recognition, and image processing. Over the years, he has mentored numerous Bachelor’s and Master’s students in the fields of Deep Learning and Digital Image Processing. He has published and presented more than 40 research papers in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences across India, Vietnam, Almaty, Tashkent, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, and Phuket. Dr. Jangid has played a key role in fostering academic collaboration and knowledge dissemination. He has organized two major international conferences: International Conference on Security of Information and Networks (SIN) International Conference on Next Generation Communication & Information Processing Additionally, he conducted a 15-day summer program on “Neural Networks and Its Applications” in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland, held at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. As an IEEE Senior Member, Dr. Jangid plays a pivotal role in IEEE activities and is also affiliated with other prestigious global societies, including CSTA-ACM, IEEE Computer Society, UACEE, and IAENG. He serves on the reviewer board of various reputed journals and contributes as a technical program committee member for multiple renowned international conferences. With his dedication to research, academic excellence, and professional engagement, Dr. Jangid continues to make significant contributions to the fields of Deep Learning, AI, and Computer Vision.

 

Zongbo Hao, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China

Bio: Zongbo Hao, Ph.D., is an associate professor at the School of Information and Software Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He studied at Harbin Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2007 and obtained his Ph.D. degree. He has been working at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China since 2007. From 2013 to 2014, he was a visiting scholar at Queen Mary University of London. His main research interests lie in deep learning and its applications in image processing and video. His papers have been published in top conferences such as ACM MultiMedia and BMVC. His correct recognition rate on the international general behavior recognition database Hollywood2 reached the world's best level of 79.6%, leading the second place by 15.1%. He has guided students to participate in national competitions and they have won awards many times.
