Important Dates
With our great pleasure we announce The 2026 International Conference on Image Processing and Pattern Recognition (IC-IPPR 2026) will be held in Xianyang, China during June 26-28, 2026. IC-IPPR 2026 is technically supported by Kashi University, University of Management & Technology (UMT) and Robotics Society of Singapore.
IC-IPPR conference will be held annually to provide an interactive forum for presentation and discussion on Image Processing, Pattern Recognition and related fields. Aside from researchers in China, the conference group welcomes participants from all over the world who are interested in developing professional ties to and/or exploring career opportunities in the region. The conference should serve as an ideal forum to establish relationships from within China and other countries of the world.
We hope you will join us in Xianyang, China for IC-IPPR 2026.

Call for Papers
We solicit original papers including but not limited to:​​
Topic 1: Fundamental Image Processing Techniques
Topic 2: Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning
Topic 3: Core Computer Vision Technologies
Topic 4: Cross-Domain Applications and System Integration

Paper Pulication
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 2-3 reviewers and evaluated on the originality of the content, technical and research content/depth, correctness, relevance to the conference, contribution and readability. The accepted papers (registered and presented) of IC-IPPR 2026 will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Publication Ethics - Penalty against Plagiarism
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
One Best Presentation will be selected from each session. The Certificate for Best Presentation will be awarded at the end of each session.
